Custom Project: Wooden POS Display for Delhaize
We recently designed and installed a custom-made wooden POS (Point of Sale) display for Delhaize, highlighting their “P’tits Lions, P’tit Prix” offer in their supermarket aisles. This unique creation was designed to meet the requirements of their marketing department and to optimize visual impact in-store.
A Project from A to Z:
- On-site study and measurements: To ensure perfect installation, our teams took precise measurements directly in-store.
- High-quality printing: We used 18mm multiplex wood, printed with a white undercoat to bring out Delhaize’s iconic colors. The printing was carried out on our Mimaki, ensuring impeccable finishes.
- Custom cutting: Thanks to our CNC machine, each piece was milled to the nearest millimeter, and notches were routed at the back to allow for the integration of ultra-strong magnets. This ensures stable attachment to the metal structure of the shelves.
- Installation by our team: Our specialists handled the final installation in-store, ensuring harmonious and robust integration.
The prototype was validated by Delhaize, and several supermarkets have already placed orders to replicate this POS display in their stores.
This achievement demonstrates our ability to offer custom, creative, and sustainable solutions for major retail brands.
