In accordance with applicable regulations, any request to exercise your rights must be signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing your signature, and must specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will be provided within two months of receipt of the request.

DATA BREACH / DATA LOSS

Any loss or breach of personal data will be notified to the CNPD within 72 hours, as well as to the individuals concerned, in accordance with the Law of 25 May 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
