RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN?

Generally, in accordance with Article 25 of the amended Law of 2 August 2002 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification, and deletion of your personal data. You may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the use of your data, or without providing any reason when your right to object is intended to stop any marketing communications from Hello Deco.
You may also define instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and communication of your personal data after your death. To exercise your rights, simply write to us at contact@hello-deco.com
or by post at Hello Deco, 1 Millewee L-8552 Luxembourg, stating your surname, first name, and email address. In accordance with applicable regulations, any request to exercise your rights must be signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing your signature, and must specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will be provided within two months of receipt of the request.

DATA BREACH / DATA LOSS

Any loss or breach of personal data will be notified to the CNPD within 72 hours, as well as to the individuals concerned, in accordance with the Law of 25 May 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
