What services does Hello Deco offer?
Hello Deco is an advertising workshop specialising in visual communication and retail activation. Our services include: the manufacture and installation of illuminated and 3D signs, window and vehicle lettering, full vehicle wrapping, large-format advertising banners, indoor and outdoor signage, POS displays and point-of-sale branding, advertising totems and stands, digital kiosks, digital cutting (CNC), printing on rigid materials and textiles, custom stretch fabric displays, frosted window film and glass etching effects, as well as custom promotional products. We handle design, manufacturing and on-site installation.
Does Hello Deco create custom projects?
Yes. Every project is tailor-made, from the creative brief to the final installation. We work with brands, agencies, architects and institutions to design solutions suited to their visual identity, technical constraints and deadlines.
Do you offer large-format vinyl installation?
Yes. Hello Deco has installed more than 100,000 m² of vinyl since 2016. Our team works on all surfaces: floors, façades, windows, vehicles and furniture. We handle installation for one-off campaigns as well as multi-site network deployments.

What are retail activation and visual field marketing?
Retail activation covers all visual operations carried out directly at the point of sale to boost the visibility of a brand or product: POS displays, promotional signage, shelf branding, seasonal signage and temporary window graphics. Hello Deco also provides coordinated field deployment across several retailers simultaneously, with streamlined logistics and teams trained to meet deadlines and comply with brand guidelines.
Do you make illuminated signs?
Yes. We design and manufacture LED illuminated signs and backlit 3D letters for all types of commercial premises: shops, showrooms, restaurants and headquarters. We manage the entire process, from graphic design to installation and electrical connection.

Where does Hello Deco operate?
Hello Deco is based in Oberpallen, Luxembourg, on the Belgian border. We operate throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Wallonia.

Can you work on several points of sale at the same time?
Yes. It is one of our core businesses. We coordinate multi-site network deployments with dedicated field teams, in line with each retailer’s commercial calendar and visual guidelines.

How do I get a quote from Hello Deco?
You can submit your request directly through the quote form on hello-deco.com. We reply within 24 business hours. Quotes are free and tailored to your project, formats and deadlines.
What are your usual production lead times?
Production lead times depend on the nature of your project and its technical constraints. However, we do our utmost to adapt to your needs and can respond quickly in urgent situations. Depending on the project, production can even be completed within 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need to provide print-ready artwork files?
No, it is not mandatory. Hello Deco has an in-house creative team able to design or adapt your visuals for production (file preparation, vectorisation, custom design). If you already have your files, we check them and adjust them if needed before printing.

Does Hello Deco work with communication agencies?
Yes. We are a trusted partner for agencies looking to outsource the production and installation of their visual materials. We work under white label or co-branding, with the same standards of quality and rigour that you bring to your own clients.
Do you work with interior architects?

Commitments & materials
Does Hello Deco use eco-friendly materials?
Yes. We use solvent-free, eco-friendly latex inks suitable for sensitive environments (food retail, hospitals, nurseries). Waste reduction and sorting are part of our daily workshop routine. A concrete commitment, not a marketing argument.
Are Hello Deco's materials suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. We produce materials designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions: high-strength banners, weatherproof signs, UV-resistant vinyls and long-lasting films for windows and façades. Each material is specified according to its use and environment.
Do you offer temporary solutions, for example for promotional campaigns?
Yes. We are regularly asked to create temporary window dressing, seasonal POS displays, event banners and pop-up store decorations. These materials are designed to be installed and removed without damaging surfaces.
Technical questions
What is the difference between vehicle lettering and vehicle wrapping?
Lettering involves applying specific graphic elements to a vehicle (logo, contact details, slogan) using cut or printed vinyl. Wrapping is a full or partial covering of the vehicle with a custom adhesive film, allowing a complete change of appearance. Hello Deco masters both techniques and will advise you on the solution best suited to your budget and communication goals.

What is digital cutting (CNC) and when is it used?
Computer numerical control (CNC) cutting produces precise shapes in rigid materials: Dibond, PVC, aluminium, wood and Plexiglas. It is used to manufacture decorative letters, architectural panels, displays or any element requiring a clean cut that can be reproduced identically.
