Design and staging of a camping area for VW Luxembourg at the ACL Campingsmaart.

For the ACL Campingsmaart on April 27, Hello Deco designed and installed a complete temporary camping area for VW Luxembourg. Our team created a natural and welcoming space to immerse visitors in the world of camping and adventure.

For this project, we used recycled wood from pallets to produce all the event signage: logos, directional arrows, information panels, and competition displays. Each element was crafted to maintain an authentic and eco-friendly aesthetic.

To enhance the natural atmosphere of the venue, we also planted trees on-site early in the morning during the setup. A custom wooden game was specially built to complement the space and provide a fun activity for visitors.
